The ideal choice at this moment is ENDUROSNACK – an energy gel with carbohydrates prevailing. The main component of this energy gel is disaccharide isomaltulose (PalatinoseTM). Energy is released from it slowly and provides fuel for working muscles. The gel is further enhanced with taurine, L-carnosine (dipeptide beta-alanine and L-histidine), branched-chain amino acids BCAA in the ideal ratio of 2:1:1 for L-leucine and also the glucogenic amino acids L-glycine and L-alanine. During the activity it can be perfectly complemented with sports drinks of the ISODRINX or UNISPORT type.
